Same here. They rang me day after ordering stating TV would be delivered in two weeks. They took money out of my account the same day.

2 days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled - day after that I got email saying TV was being dispatched - 2-3 days later received my refund.

Terrible customer service - especially hate that they took my money when they had no stock - online retailers should only charge you when items are despatched, especially when it comes to expensive items

We have the LED 42inch version of this when it was just £249. Picture is fantastic but the only thing that let's down the Cellos is th e tinny / poor sound they produce so factor in purchasing a sound upgrade too. We ended up buying a Logitech sound system designed for a PC but the room isn't huge and it worked perfectly well!
