Redemption is a pain, but it's a good package, network and price. The first SGS2 deal since January which clearly beats the redemption deal I got out of T-Mobile.

Phone is amazing, the best I've had, but when my contracts up I'll have to think hard whether I want the SGS3 as Samsung's support seems poor. Still no ICS for my unbranded sim-free phone, yet apparently customers on Three are getting the update first.

Good deal as long as you are happy with an year-old phone that likely won't get any updates past ICS and you need the data. Hot from me.

You're right, Samsung's support is quite poor. I think that's one of the reasons some people (including myself) revert to 'rooting'... gives you far more options, and you get a very respectable build of ICS that they have on the Galaxy Nexus, not the crappy 'watered down' version with Touchwiz.
Or if you've never tried one, an iPhone 4S (my current phone) with a jailbreak is quite truly awesome. Just my thoughts...

I also look forward to GS3 and what speed and camera improvements it will have - fun times ahead within the mobile industry.

If you don't need as many minutes and texts then the redemption free option at £18 per month also looks good. For me, 300 minutes and 1000 texts with 1000 m/b data would be ideal. Hot

Good deal as long as you are happy with an year-old phone.

A year old phone that is still top of PC Pro's A-list.

With the HTC One X and the Galaxy S3 it might finally get some serious competition.

Good deal, but if you can wait, the arrival of an S3 will bring more deals on the S2 on the market!

I've got the same phone, same network, same deal but without the discount for redemption (I've had the phone for about 9 months now) and I can't fault it. Excellent piece of kit which does everything I want it to and impresses all who take a look at it (which is nice). GREAT deal for this price if you can trust E2save for honouring the redemption part (and I have no reason to think they won't). Heat added of course.

Thanks for posting OP but the deal price must be the full price before Quidco as that is not guaranteed.

decent deal.

touchwiz is horrid though and i had no intention of waiting for samsung to pull their fingers out for ICS. i have a nice vanilla ICS rom on my SGS2 and its miles better without touchwiz. will probably see about SGS3 when that comes out aswell.

Yup, I went for this as I could not be bothered with redemption. However, ordered on Thursday from mobiles.co.uk and haven't heard a thing since.

This exact deal is slightly cheaper at http://www.mobiles.co.uk
£19.00 per month effective cost x 24months = £456, making it £18.96 cheaper than this contract
and you can also get the £30 through quidco like this which would make it £426

If I was voting cold every time there was a typo in a descrip or something I didn't like then I would end up feeling pretty miserable.

This site is all about good deals, so only vote cold on BAD deals pls.
