Why is SCAN banned?
Why is SCAN a banned merchant? I've bought from them for years and i find them completely trust-worthy (despite their terrible choice of DPD as a courier service).

They are complete shysters in my opinion. Cheap prices, good website, but lets hope you don't need to use their poor excuse of customer support service in the event of a warranty claim. A component fails within a warranty period? tough, you don't get offered a replacement or full refund, you get offered a portion of what the item is worth. For example, £60 external hard drive failed, they verify that it is faulty, then offer me £33 plus VAT.......I'm that disgusted I'm taking them to the small claims court.
